Room Details

  • Classroom style for 18 with an additional 8 seats in the back of the room at round tables
  • This room cannot be reconfigured
  • Network wireless connection provided by campus
  • Includes the following Audio/Visual equipment
    • 3 large screens with connected audio
    • 1 mobile podium 
    • In-house podium laptop
  • Hot and cold water cooler
  • No dedicated kitchen. The kitchen, including refrigerator, in the south side corridor, can be used to support a reserved event.
  • Due to the technology hardware accessible in this space, this room is not available to any groups under 18 years of age.

To make a facilities reservation request:

  1. Check availability.
    1. Auditorium availability
    2. Synthesis Center availability
  2. Review SDSC's Facilities Rental Use Policy.
  3. Complete and sign a Facilities Reservation Request.
  4. Complete the Campus Event Intake Form.

Configuration

SDSC's Synthesis Center has a standard classroom format that cannot be reconfigured or moved.

Rectangular tables are arranged in three rows with six chairs in each row, facing three large screens and a podium. Two round tables sit at the back of the room with an additional eight chairs.
