ALL-TORS is used to define all torsion angles in the fragment with the result that all torsion angles in the fragment are saved in the output parameter table.
Example
T1 4 1 2 3 T2 2 1 4 3 T3 1 2 3 4 T4 2 3 4 1
These lines are displayed in green to indicate that they are DEFINE commands.
All bonds in the fragment are now green and the four torsion angles T1, T2, T3 and T4 are indicated by instructions on the fragment.
In the dialogue area we now have the "home" prompt:
Search for ALL crystal fragments OVERLAP of crystal fragments permitted Select a menu command or TO-BUILD to return to the BUILD menu.
The resultant commands in the instruction document are:
DEFINE T1 4 1 2 3 DEFINE T2 2 1 4 3 DEFINE T3 1 2 3 4 DEFINE T4 2 3 4 1
DEFINE ALL-ANGL, DEFINE ALL-BOND, DEFINE PARAMETER
