.cshrc and .profile Generator

This page will generate the additions required to your .cshrc or .profile file. After entering the data hit submit and copy the result to the file in your home directory. It is suggested that a copy of these changes be placed in a file named: script2. (Even though this is not really a script.)

There is one optional entry, Machine name. If entered, a line will be added to set the enviornmental variable GLOBUS_HOSTNAME. GLOBUS_HOSTNAME is only need if you do not have a fully qualified host name for your machine. If you do a printenv HOST on your machine and get something like slicxx.sdsc.edu it is fully qualified. If you get something like localhost then it is not.
