Please do the following exercises:

• Exercise 18.3, page 561.
• Exercise 18.4, page 561.
• Exercise 18.12, page 562.
  For exercise 18.12, just write a mathematical expression for the information content of an attribute. You do not need to implement the gain ratio criterion in your DECISION-TREE-LEARNING algorithm.
