The directed synthesis of specific topological stereoisomers is at the forefront of stereocontrolled synthesis of nanomolecules. with increasing size and weight dimensions, specific spacial entwinement becomes a significant design and synthesis concern. this investigation elucidates the K3,3 topological stereoelement through the design, directed synthesis, and complete molecular characterization of a nanomoelcular multicyclophane.
