Welcome to the SDSC Online Training Portal SDSC conducts various training classes and workshops to introduce new and current users to the high performance computing and visualization resources available at SDSC. However, sometimes researchers are unable to travel to attend one of our training sessions. For this reason, we have attempted to capture and archive these presentations and make them available online so that researchers may access them at their leisure. The topics are listed below. Each 'course' contains presentations whose lengths vary anywhere between 20 minutes and two hours. Please click on the links below for further information. Some of the presentations have a hands-on component and we have attempted to supplement them with links to related useful resources. Most presentations require you to create an account, login, and 'enroll' in the 'course' so we may document how frequently a particular topic is viewed. Each series of presentations includes a discussion forum. Please feel free to share your comments and provide feedback through these forums. We hope you find these archives useful. Available CoursesThese lessons are designed to help teach users of SDSC's IBM DataStar.
