Code Optimization at SDSC

How do you know if your code is running as fast as it should be? The Targeted Optimization and Porting (TOP) program provides tools and assistance for users to help assess and optimize their code. The first aim of TOP is to help users help themselves through a group of software tools and online guides to monitor job performance.
