Libraries
There are numerous libraries are available in /usr/local/apps and /usr/local/apps/lib. Some important libraries are the following:

FFTW
(Fastest Fourier Transform in the West) |
Both single- and double-precision versions of FFTW 2.1.5 and 3.1.2 are available. This library has FFTs that are generally slower than those in ESSL. |
