SERVER/CLUSTER ADMINISTRATION

SDSC can manage your servers in place or relocate them to our colocation facility. Standard monthly support includes operating system patches and updates, along with business hour monitoring, hardware repair (in accordance with the provided warranty). SDSC IT will also be responsible for basic system administration and configuration.

At SDSC we strive to provide a homogeneous environment by limiting the number of supported configurations to state-of-the-art operating systems. These OS'es are vendor supported and have timely security patches and updates available.

Basic maintenance starts at $60 per month, and may increase with additional software requirements or administrative needs.
