Oracle

Currently housing numerous multi-terabyte databases, SDSC's Oracle RAC environment provides high availability data storage for medium to large projects. The Oracle environment is currently served on a three node Sun Niagara cluster for performance and redundancy. All Oracle processes are monitored and supported 24x7.

MySQL

For smaller databases not needing the robust Oracle environment, SDSC offers a MySQL database solution. SDSC offers and supports on a 24x7 basis over 100 databases using MySQL.
