ImageJ Plugins

Included in the SRB_plugins.jar archive

Expand the SRB_plugins.jar archive in the plugins folder and restart ImageJ. The plugins will be listed in the Plugins menu.
When running ImageJ the jargon.jar should be included in the classpath. e.g. java -cp ij.jar;jargon.jar;plugins ij.ImageJ

This is a set of 2 plugins from the San Diego Supercomputer Center that are designed to support an ImageJ connection to the Storage Resource Broker. For ease of access these plugins can use the SRB_URI to supply login information and obtain datafiles.
