Participants in the SD-NAP neutral interconnection facility may safely colocate equipment in SDSC's climate controlled, biometric access-restricted NAP facility with 24-hour operations staff available to power on/off or reboot equipment and perform other remote hands tasks. Advanced installation assistance and technical consulting are also available.
Costs for equipment colocation vary based on rack units (RUs) required. UPS backup and Generator power are available at an additional cost.
Network Transit costs are determined on a case by case basis. Transit over I2 (Internet2), NLR (National Lambda Rail), and other research networks require membership or additional pass through costs may apply.
