This shows how to build your own database, in this case for 20
known and available protein kinase structures. The path to the
PDB formatted files is given as well as the file type (*.pdb).
Hitting the scan button selects 20 entries. Structures could be
deleted from this list if desired. Hitting the load button will
build a new database, using only the first member of an NMR ensemble
and excluding PDB REMARK records. The database will reside in
the directory c:\wpdb. If "Add entries" had been checked
structures would have been added to an already existing database.
