PDBquery

PDBquery is an X-based interactive tool for using with MMQL.

PDBquery supports the following functions:

• Browsing macromolecular structure.
• Reading, writing and editing MMQL scripts.
• Executing MMQL scripts.
• Visualizing results of execution of MMQL scripts using Browser and Viewer. All variables appeared in MMQL WRITE command can be browsed and viewed. Separate selections within variables corresponding to a various search hits can be browsed and viewed.
• Results of MMQL script executed earlier or obtained through PDBsearch batch tool can be browsed and viewed.
