[Instructions for using this file:
Once you have installed a copy of MrBayes, the run can be replicated
simply by loading this file ("execute {filename}") into the program
and then typing "mcmc" to start the run.  The other appropriate settings
are already provided at the bottom of this file.  The program may take a
while to complete (often days).  After completion, the results may be collected 
by typing the commands:

(Answer "no" when the program asks if you want to continue)
>sump burnin=1250
>sumt burnin=1250

Information about the run will be provided and a tree file will be
printed to a file with a .con extension.  See the MrBayes manual for
more information.
