Since 1999, the San Diego Supercomputer Center has hosted monthly presentations on a variety of research topics through the Computational Science Seminar Series (CSSS). The CSSS brings together scholars from chemistry, biochemistry, physics, engineering, biology, and the natural, social, and environmental sciences to highlight their efforts in high-performance computing.

CSSS seminars are held in the SDSC Auditorium and are open to the public. General CSSS feedback and suggestions for CSSS topics or speakers are always welcome. CSSS speakers from academia may recieve a small stipend for some travel expenses. Allocated users are encouraged to visit SDSC and to participate in the CSSS.
