PRINT EXTRA

PRINT EXTRA is used to specify extra items of information to be displayed for each hit.

Ex.1 Suppose you have defined a search question based on the single test:

• Select EXTRA

• The SEARCH menu vanishes and is replaced by the PRINT sub-menu (see below).

  The 10 default standard reference items are enclosed by red boxes.

  

• Select SPAC

• Select COOR

Notes

(a)

If, in addition to specifying items with EXTRA, you also select STAND then the standard reference items are displayed in standard format (see PRINT STAND).

(b)

• Select PRINT

• Please select a style of PRINTOUT from the menu.

(c)

If you change your mind you can toggle off the EXTRA selections, including any one or more of the default items.

The following items have been added to the PRINT sub-menu:

CELA, CELB, CELC, ALPH, BETA, GAMM.

Note

The names ACEL, BCEL, CCEL are used in the *MASK sub-menu for consistency with the GSTAT program. These names are already used in QUEST to mean A-, B- or C- centred cells, respectively.Unfortunately, this means that different names have to be used in PRINT-EXTRA and NUMERIC, for the time being.
