Basic QUEST Procedure

This will register hits for entries having the author's unit cell alpha dimension in the range 89.9deg. - 90.1deg..
Remarks
These items are variance as floating point numbers, and so QUEST requires a decimal point in values used in these tests.
To cater for experimental variance, such searches should always be expressed in terms of ranges of values.
