Volume 2 Chapter 4 Display Menus MEASURE TORS

Function

This display command is located in the 3D display for each hit.

It allows you to display the torsion angle about vector 2...3 from point 1 to point 4

The points can be atoms, centroids or dummy points.

Ex.

Select TORS

Please select atom 1
```
Select atom O21
```
Please select atom 2
```
Select atom N9
```
Please select atom 3
```
Select atom C10
```
Please select atom 4
```
Select atom N14

Torsion:    O21 - N9 - C10 - N14=    -64.994  Degrees

When a calculation has been completed the red crosses at the selected atoms are still displayed. Selection of the REFRESH button will cause the red crosses and the display of the calculated value to vanish.
