3D SEARCH INFO PARAM and SETUPS

Function

These display commands are located in the 3D display for each hit.

They allow you to display the values of defined parameters and toggle the display of setup parameters.

3D-SEARCH INFO PARAM

Ex. Suppose you have defined three parameters D1, D2 and TAU.

At the sixth occurrence of the fragment in the search:

3D-SEARCH INFO SETUPS

Ex. If centroids, dummy atoms, planes or vectors have been setup then when a hit is encountered these are indicated, by default, as follows:

centroid
pale blue
dummy
yellow
plane
dark blue
vector
magenta

If the 3D crystal diagram is rather complicated then the graphic indication of setup parameters can make the diagram even more confusing.

Selection of the SETUPS button will switch off the graphic indication of all setup parameters.

This is a toggle button so reselection switches on the display again.
