DUMMY

Function

DUMMY is used to setup the coordinates of a dummy point.

We specify a dummy point in terms of point 1 and point 2 ; then a distance d (in Å).

The dummy point will be located by extension of the vector 1-2 at a distance dÅ from point 2.

Note that points 1 and 2 need not be bonded.

The points can be

either

atoms of the search fragment

or
centroids already set up

In a single search test there can be a maximum of 9 dummy points.

Dummy points are automatically named Dn with n=1 to 9.
