Volume 2 Chapter 3 3D-Constrain Sub-menu ALL-ANGL
ALL-BOND is used to define all bonds in the fragment with the result that all bond lengths in the fragment are saved in the output parameter table.
Example

B1 1 2 B2 1 4 B3 2 3 B4 3 4
These lines are displayed in green to indicate that they are DEFINE commands.
All bonds in the fragment are now green and the four bonds B1, B2, B3 and B4 are indicated by instructions on the fragment.
In the dialogue area we now have the "home" prompt:
Search for ALL crystal fragments OVERLAP of crystal fragments permitted Select a menu command or TO-BUILD to return to the BUILD menu.
