Display of Atom and Bond Properties

Suppose we have built the fragment:

• Select 2D-CONSTRAIN

  The BUILD menu vanishes and is replaced by the 2D-CONSTRAIN sub-menu.

• Select a MENU command, or select an ATOM or BOND to display its
  properties.

• Select atom a

• This line will be written for this ATOM:
  AT8 C 1 :XY 2400 1656
  Please press <RETURN> to continue. Thank you.
  

  This indicates that atom 8 is C and has mca = 1 (minimum connected atoms). The XY coordinates of the position of atom 8 in the chemical diagram that you have constructed are also shown.

• Press <R>

• Select a MENU command, or select an ATOM or BOND to display its
  properties.

• Select bond b

• This line will be written for this BOND:
  BO 1 6 5
  Please press <RETURN> to continue. Thank you.
  

  This indicates a bond between atoms 1 and 6 of type 5 (aromatic).

• Press <R>

• Select a MENU command, or select an ATOM or BOND to display its
  properties.
