Heasoon's Samples
The image on the left is the original fabric from BMW Isetta 1959. The image on the right is the sample woven with 100% Cotton. The size of both warp and weft yarn is 20/2 and there are 48 yarn ends per 1 inch of width.
This pattern made me buy an eight shaft loom. I thought the
pattern looks simple enough to weave with a four harness loom. It is a
baby blanket and woven with 80/20 wool/acrylic blended yarn.
The left image shows bookmarks woven with 100% cotton. The size of warp yarn
and tabby weft yarn is 20/2 and embroidery yarn was used for pattern weft.
The table runner on the right is on display in a local gallery.
Structure is called "advanced twill" and 20/2, 100% cotton was used.
